Terms and Conditions (English Version)

1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging with Siraj Al Tatweer Co. or using its services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all contracts, catering services, supplies, and logistics.

2. Scope of Services Siraj Al Tatweer is committed to providing services (foodstuffs, catering, camp management, logistics) according to the specifications agreed upon in separate service contracts. Any change in the scope requires written consent from both parties.

3. Quality and Compliance The company guarantees that all food products and supplies comply with international and local health standards. We adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards at all worksites and camps.

4. Payment and Fees Agreed fees shall be paid according to the schedule specified in invoices or contracts. In the event of late payment, the company reserves the right to take necessary actions, including the suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability While the company strives for punctuality and excellence, it is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or global supply chain crises).

6. Intellectual Property All logos, trademarks, and franchise rights related to Siraj Al Tatweer Co. are its exclusive property and may not be used without prior written authorization.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the countries where the services are provided (e.g., the laws of the Republic of Iraq or GCC countries). Disputes shall be resolved through authorized legal channels.
